What counts as a credit?
1 credit = 1 second of voice conversation (combined input + output). Plans bundle a fixed number of credits per month.
What happens when I run out?
By default your widget pauses until the next billing cycle or until you top up. You can also enable automatic overage billing — we'll bill the difference at the end of the month.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free tier includes 10 minutes of voice every month — enough to test the product end-to-end.
Is there an enterprise plan?

Where is my data stored?
All transcripts and analytics are stored in encrypted Postgres. You can delete any conversation, set retention policies, and export everything via API.
