Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Seny. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Seny.

Acceptable use

Don't use Seny for anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes others' rights. Don't use it to deceive your visitors about who they're talking to in a way that violates local consumer protection law.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Overage is billed at the end of the month if enabled. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email billing@seny.ai if something looks wrong.

Termination

You can cancel anytime from your billing page. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a security risk.

Liability

Seny is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; if we do, we'll email you and post the change here.
