Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Seny collects, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We try to write it in plain English.

Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email, and the details you provide about your workspace. When you embed a widget on your site we collect anonymized analytics about visitor conversations: timestamps, durations, page paths, and (if you opt in) full transcripts.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the service, bill you accurately, provide analytics, and improve the product. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your conversations to train any third-party models.

Where it lives

Data is stored in encrypted Postgres in the United States and the EU. You can request deletion of any conversation, transcript, or your entire account at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, and delete your personal data by emailing privacy@seny.ai or via the Settings page in your dashboard.
